💚 We want you to be completely satisfied. If Smart Bachat does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you — no questions asked.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all SmartSaathi products. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

At $2.99, our goal is that you feel this was worth every cent. If you do not — we would rather refund you than have an unhappy customer.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

You do not need to provide a reason, but any feedback you share helps us improve the product.

3. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider — typically 3-10 business days after we approve the refund.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the purchased product will be deactivated. If you wish to use the product again in the future, a new purchase will be required.
